Custody
Your keys live in a safe, not in a drawer. Every handover is signed and logged, and nobody enters without your word.

Interior, terrace, shutters, water, air. Monthly on the Standard plan, every fifteen days on Superior.

Photos, video and a written note of anything that changed, sent to your phone wherever you are.

Repair
We get the quote, you approve it, we let the trade in and check the work before it is paid.
When something needs fixing
The same eight checks, every visit.
Written down, photographed, and sent to you even when nothing is wrong. This is the list we work from:
- Doors, windows and shutters closed and secure
- Water: taps, boiler, visible pipes, meter
- Electricity: board, trip switches, meter
- Air conditioning and heating run and tested
- Damp, stains, cracks, insects
- Fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher
- Terrace, pool area, drains, outdoor furniture
- Post, parcels, plants, anything that looks wrong

Week 1
The check
We walk the house with the same eight checks, photograph what has changed, and flag anything that needs a decision before it becomes a problem.

The report
Photos, a short video and a written note reach your phone. If something needs fixing you get a quote from a trade we know, not a surprise on the next invoice.

The repair
You approve it. We let the trade in, stay while the work is done, and check it before anyone is paid.

The guests
Check-in, linen, a key handed over at eleven at night. It is handled, written down, and in the file before you have to ask.

The questions that come first.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is without permanence, so you can change or stop when you need to.
What happens at two in the morning?
Your alarm is monitored around the clock. We coordinate the response, send someone if it is needed, and the report reaches you with photos.
We live abroad.
Most of our owners do. Checks, approvals and video calls all work remotely, and the report is written to be read on a phone.
Can I book a single visit?
Yes. One check or a key handover, without a monthly plan.
What if something big needs repairing?
We send the quote with photographs and a recommendation, and nothing goes ahead until you say yes. You choose the trade or you leave it to us.
What if I want to come and stay?
Tell us a week ahead and we will meet you at the door with the keys and the file, so you can see exactly what has been done and when.
